Shipping policy
At WildKing, we take the customer shopping experience very seriously, so we choose reliable carriers to ship your items, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery of your items due to customs or traffic control in the target country.
Delivery time = Shipping time + Processing time. Our warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Most of our cowboy boots are handmade products and are produced one by one, so the overall production time will be 1-2 days longer than other WildKing products.
All delivery times are quoted in business days, weekends and holidays excluded. Orders will be processed on the following working day if all orders are placed after Friday.
Shipping charges do not include applicable duties or taxes. Duty, customs, and any other import taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. We have little knowledge about the tax laws of a large number of countries and regions.
Shipping address with PO, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO included is NOT acceptable.
