Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Warm reminder: If you receive a product and want to return it, the customer needs to bear the return shipping fee.

Why was my order cancelled? When will it be refunded?

Orders are generally cancelled due to payment failure or stock availability. In either case, your card is only charged once an order has shipped. If your order was cancelled, you may still see the original payment authorization. The payment authorization will be reversed within a few hours.

How do I check on my order status?

You can check your order status online. To receive an email with your order status, enter your order number and email address online.

Does your packing slip include the pricing on it?

No, our packing slips do not include pricing.

Where do I enter a promo code?

There is a field for promo code entry in the shopping cart.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Does Wildking offer Free Shipping?

Yes. Wildking offers free standard shipping on all orders above $60.00. For orders below $60.00, you will be charged a shipping fee of $5.99.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long before I get my return refund?

Wildking appreciates how hard you work for your money and do everything we can to get it back into your hands quickly. Usually within 3-5 business days after our distribution center receives your return. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Gift card refunds can take up to 5-7 business days.

What are your shipping rates/options?

My package did not arrive even though the tracking number status indicates that it was delivered. How do I locate my missing package?

Please note that sometimes the tracking data provided by carriers can be inaccurate.  We recommend checking areas other than your front door or porch such as side entrances. You may want to check with your housemates and neighbors as well.

Why is my order delayed?

There are several reasons why an order may be delayed. Typically, delays result from shipping delays such as inclement weather, or from order-related data discrepancies. For instance, if the billing information you provide does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.

How long will it take to process and ship my order?

The time it takes to review your order will depend on your location, the item(s)ordered, and the shipping speed you selected. Estimates of shipping times are below:
Standard delivery service is 7-15 business days
Express delivery service is 6-8 business days

How do l return a package?

Please contact our customer service directly and they will follow up on your return and provide you with a return address.

How much time do l have to return my order after l have made my purchase?

What size should l order if the footwear isn't available in half sizes?

Typically, we recommend sizing up to the next whole size if a half size is not offered.However, personal preference comes into play.

What products are available in wide widths?

We offer several styles in wide width. To view wide width products, we suggest selecting your preferred width in the sizing section of the filter menu that is available on all our product list pages.

The style l want is out of stock in my size. When will Wildking get more?

We are very sorry that the item you need is out of stock. When you try to select the size you need, if the item is out of stock, there should be a "notify when available'button. This will allow you to sign in or create an account with us so that we can email you when your size is back in stock.

How can l clean my footwear?

In general, we recommend the following guidelines for cleaning footwear:
Cleaning: On a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse off all soap residue to avoid attracting more dirt.
Drying: Open footwear fully, remove insole and laces and dry at room temperature.Do not expose footwear to heat, as doing so can compromise any adhesive or materials used in constructing your footwear.

How do l leave a review for a product?

You can leave a product review on any product on our website. Go to the product page and scroll down to the "Customer Reviews" Section.In the Reviews section there is a button where you can select a star rating for your review and enter any additional comments.
